Terms of Service

Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of opus6.video ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

opus6.video turns your descriptions into short videos. Claude Opus 5.5, an AI model made by Anthropic, writes each video as code, and the video is played and exported in your browser. opus6.video is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Opus are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

Your account

You need an account to generate videos. Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Your content

You keep the rights to the descriptions, text, brand names and other material you put in, and to the videos you create with the service. You can use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You give us permission to process and store your content only as needed to run the service, including saving your videos to your account. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you put into a video, such as logos, trademarks or other people's names. AI output can resemble other work, so we can't promise that a video is unique.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

We may refuse a request, remove access, or close an account that breaks these rules. Requests also pass through the AI model's own safety checks, which may decline some content.

Community examples

The examples on our site are public posts on X. They belong to their creators, and each one links to the original post. To have one added or removed, email contact@opus6.video.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features, models or limits may change. When newer Claude models become available, we may add them or move to them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated videos can contain mistakes, so review a video before you publish it. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Closing your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after closure, such as disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
