Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
opus6.video ("we", "us") lets you create videos with Claude Opus 5.5. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email contact@opus6.video.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, also your name and profile picture from your Google account.
- Billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan, its status and renewal date.
- Your videos. The descriptions, chat messages and video code of the videos you make, as described below.
- Credit activity. A record of credits added to and used from your account, so we can show your balance and history.
- Session and security data. Your IP address and browser user agent, stored with your sign-in session to keep your account secure.
Your prompts and videos
When you generate or edit a video, your description, chosen options and the current video code are sent to our server and passed to the AI model to produce the result. Your description is also checked by an automated safety filter before anything is generated.
So you don't lose your work, each video is saved to your account under My videos: your description, the chat with Opus about it, and the code of its versions (up to the latest 30). You can delete any video from My videos at any time, which removes it and all its versions from our database. MP4 files are created in your browser; when you export one, a copy is stored with that video so you can download it again from My videos, and it's deleted when you delete the video.
How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To run generations and keep track of your credits.
- To process subscriptions and send receipts (Stripe sends these).
- To answer you when you contact us.
We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, our database and your exported MP4 files, and sends sign-in emails.
- Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions.
- OpenRouter and Anthropic process your prompts and video code to run Claude Opus 5.5.
- Replicate runs the safety filter that checks your descriptions and edit requests.
- Google handles sign-in if you choose "Continue with Google".
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. We also use your browser's local storage to keep a copy of the video you're working on and a few interface preferences on your device. We clear it when you sign out.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details, credit history and saved videos while your account is open. Videos you delete are removed right away. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, except for billing records we must keep for tax and accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Email contact@opus6.video from the address on your account and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
opus6.video isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let account holders know by email.
